I will be with you every step of the way. As a narcoleptic myself, I know the challenges you face. Just as important, I’m an experienced trainer and a certified human potential coach, with deep coaching expertise in the spheres of life, health, performance and personal development coaching.
Coaching Options
My coaching services cover all aspects of life, but also includes expert support for narcolepsy and the particular challenges it presents for daily living.
They are delivered on-to-one online (using Zoom) over 3-12 months. This time is essential to set direction, create habits and embed fundamental changes, so you can be confident to continue transforming and enjoying your life.
Understanding the unique demands on your time and energy, I offer engaging readings and exercises to complement our sessions. This approach ensures that our time together is focused on meaningful exploration, reflection, and strategic planning, all aimed at enhancing your daily life and achieving your goals.

What is coaching like?
My coaching programs are uniquely tailored to your needs, ensuring that your experience is personalized. Many individuals initially seek my support to regain control over their lives with narcolepsy or other sleep disorders. However, this journey often evolves beyond just managing their condition. Together, we work towards new goals, enabling you to achieve the life you desire.
Living with narcolepsy doesn't mean you can't enjoy a successful and fulfilling life. Sometimes, all it takes is a bit of support and guidance to help you rediscover your inner strength, motivation, and purpose.
We will collaborate over a period of 6-12 months on a regular basis. While your program will be customized to your unique situation, the general process looks like this:
